Culture and communication are coexistent in relationships, and inseparable in practice. Every cultural behavior is a communicative event, and every communicative action is a cultural event. Media is the gateway through which culture is transmitted to individuals because media content is considered a cultural element. Today, it is not possible to achieve a complete and comprehensive understanding of the relationship between media and culture without conducting multicultural research and interdisciplinary studies. The media is regarded as the place for laying the cultural groundwork, and deep reflection about the importance of meaning and thinking given the cultural context and social realm, which strengthens and reconstructs a coherent model of meaning and establishes a value center. The garden, the domesticated nature, as a cultural landscape, is the result of a complex historical interaction that has formed over time and at the same time has aesthetic, transcendent and useful values, and through its multiple values engages all five senses. On the one side of this interaction is always “ human” as a social being who is able to build a culture, and at the other end of the spectrum is everything that human being has encountered at various times. His first encounter is “ nature. ” In subsequent encounters, man has established a connection with his environment, and the achievement of this connection has created a culture. Therefore, the Persian Garden is a historical phenomenon as a medium that, in addition to what is mentioned in the tradition, has themes that are related to the world of new media and the patterns that exist in the media to convey concepts in a special way.

The object of this research was to compare the effect of education based on interactional media and that based on non-interactional media on student learning styles. The research method was semi-experimental by pretest and posttest design with control group. Statistical population included all high school students in Babol city in 2013. 160 students were selected by multi-stage random selection as sample and divided into two groups of experimental and control. The experimental group received education through interactional media including educational software of ActivInspire, intelligent board and educational PowerPoint, whereas the control group received traditional education and did not receive interactional media. The research instrument was Kolb learning style questionnaire. SPSS software, version 16 and covariance test were used for data analysis. The result showed that in posttest stage, the score for learning style had increased meaningfully in experimental group compared to control group. In general, the results revealed that education based on interactive media did have more effects on convergent, divergent, absorbent and adaptable learning styles in students compared to education based on non-interactive media.

Objective: People who have higher social health can more successfully deal with the challenges and ups and downs of playing key social roles and participate more in collective activities and prevent social deviations and anomalies. In this regard, foresight and the development of a forward-looking strategy model by the media can play an important role in promoting the social health of their audience (individuals).Method: This research has been done qualitatively and quantitatively. In the qualitative phase, content analysis and Q methods were used, and in the quantitative phase, factor analysis was used to analyze the Q method data.Results: The content analysis of the media in this study showed that the most media production in the field of social deviations with 576 cases and the lowest media production in the field of violence with 237 cases. The field of social quality with 485 and the field of social issues with 312 cases are in the second and third ranks. A small questionnaire was made and based on it, the desired model was designed using PLS software. Conclusion: This model showed that the function of media is effective in promoting social health of society and can have the greatest impact on improving quality of life, reducing violence, reducing social deviations and social issues.

In the last decade, due to various Web 2.0 services, including the availability of up-to-date information and the rapid and effective communication between scientists and experts in various fields of science, different groups have turned to the use of these services, which university students also are not an exception from this phenomenon. In spite of the increasing use of Web services in advanced countries, little research has been conducted on the student's knowledge of the behavior and the extent of their use and application of this network, and the problems of users and the impact of Web 2.0 on research activities. Web tools 2 are very effective in conducting research and improving the work of students in conducting research. This article briefly discussed issues such as Web 2, properties of Web 2, application of Web 2 in research, and introduced 8 tools of Web 2 that helped students in getting researches done. The research also described their way of working and the capabilities they provided to serve students.

The present article studies the impacts of modern communication technologies on media management using the documentary method. Five attributes, i.e. digitalization of content, interactivity, personalization, immediacy, and directivity were identified to be present in all media due to the influence of modern technologies. Given the national media management, the article offers a model for interaction between national media management and developments resulting from new technologies. The model contains a media matrix including public media like TV and radio, and modern media like the internet and cell phone. These media are intended for 4 kinds of different audience, i.e. mass audience, limited mass audience with needs to have access to streaming media, niche audience with needs to have access to personalized information, and finally specific audience with needs to have permanent access. Four types of contents were also considered in the model: general content, user-made content, segmented content and superior content. Finally, media’s major policies as well as economic profitability affect the whole interactivity so that media management goes along in accordance with requirements of modern technologies.

Habitat suitability prediction for the animals is one of the ways to achieve the conservation goals for biodiversity. In the present study, habitat suitability of Lacerta media has been evaluated. Based on the maximum entropy result, northwest and western Iran has been predicted as the most suitable for the species presence. Also there are several records of the species presence in Alborz, Markazi, East Azarbaijan and Esfahan provinces that currently situated outside of the suitable predicted region. Precipitation of the coldest quarter with contribution more than 40% was distinguished as the most contributed environmental variable for species presence. Unsuitability prediction of the species presence in central plateau and East Azarbaijan province directly has been influenced by the recent decreasing of winter precipitation. Also, disturbance the habitats of the species along valleys and rivers is the main factors to the decreasing population size of the species. Finally, evaluation the effective factors for species distribution and finding new suitable areas for species presence can help to prevent the species extinction risk in the wild.

With the increasing number of different media، audiences tend to choose suitable media for their own criteria، interests، and more variety and interesting content. Interactive TV is an emerging technology with high impact on our society. Then National Media (IRIB) needs to recognize environment to adapt quickly changing media for being active in this field. The study is to compare the views of 16 experts and policymakers which have been purposefully selected، using Delphi and through interviews، to provide guidelines for interactive TV. After defining scores it revealed that IRIB position in the field of interactive TV in the strategic position matrix was in the offensive area. Finally، thirteen strategies were determined. The most important were creating a diverse and engaging system with healthy content، pricing for different income strata and optimizing users’ engagement، Maximizing audience through introducing interactive TV or ads on the different services، and also making infrastructures to use cultural institutions and private sectors’ productive contents.
